As a Landscaping and Pest control specialist, working at project a world class research facility and residential compound, you will have the day-to-day responsibility to maintain and enhance the greening and eradicate the pests to ensure a pleasant and adorn living environment.

Main responsibilities & deliverables

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing of the green landscape, hard scape design, plant protection, Irrigation systems, and Pest control.› Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance schedule and completion for Horticulture, Pest Control, and Irrigation systems.› Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints raised by the residents.› Ensure customer satisfaction before the closing of any tickets or complaints.› Managing the Handing-Over Process for the new landscaping projects.› Follow up with the team...
