MAJOR FUNCTION

: The Landscaping Career/Technical Educator Instructor is a grant-funded position at the Gadsden Re-Entry Center or Jefferson Correctional Institution. The Instructor’s major functions are to teach an appropriate, assigned career/technical education program through the facilitation of a teaching environment (lecture, group, or individual) targeting a diverse population resulting in the earning of appropriate industry-recognized certifications.  The Instructor also works with the student and the educational staff to assist students with an academic and career pathways plan
