Job Description

The **Language Excellence Manager** (m/f/d) is a leadership role responsible for driving quality, innovation, and customer success for some of Lionbridge’s most impactful and high‑value customers. The position combines strategic ownership, operational excellence, and deep partnership—particularly with key customers across the German market.



In this role, you will play a central part in shaping the future of language quality, AI‑enabled solutions, and linguistic excellence. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to advance their AI, data, and localization transformation, ensuring exceptional delivery outcomes and long‑term strategic growth.
