Job Description

As a Language Quality Specialist you will work closely with the Language Quality Specialist Manager as well as with the Head of Quality and Compliance. You will help providing continued monitoring over the translation quality of our global pool of suppliers, in order to maintain and improve external freelancers' standards with IQVIA, and ultimately boost overall quality output. 

The Language Quality Specialist is a proactive member of the Quality team, contributing to deliver globally an efficient quality management service to internal staff, external resources, and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Trigger Quality Feedback Reports and improvement plans on selected resources, liaising with all stakeholders (PMs, Quality team, Internal Linguists, External Reviewers, Talent Managers, etc.).
