Laptop Service Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laptop Service Engineer to diagnose, repair, and  maintain laptops and related IT hardware. The role involves hardware and software troubleshooting,customer interaction, and ensuring timely service delivery. Job Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, battery, charging issues, etc.). Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, drivers, basic software). Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks. Handle customer complaints and provide technical support in a professional manner. Maintain service records, job cards, and repair documentation. Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and warranty claims. Perform data backup and restoration as required.
