**About the Role**

As a Manager of Account Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring merchant success. This role is going to be split between leading a team focused on upselling and cross-selling additional services and optimizing operational performance to ensure merchant success. Account Managers within the Large National segment act as trusted advisors, using data and insights to craft strong narratives that highlight Uber's value proposition, impact, and growth. By engaging stakeholders at all levels, you and your team will drive revenue expansion, implement upsell initiatives, and develop innovative strategies to strengthen and scale partnerships.
