About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of store performance, culture, and customer experience. You'll lead from the front, coach your team to success, and ensure operational excellence every day.
Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching and developing a team to hit sales and service targets Managing store operations including stock, rostering, and compliance Driving KPIs, commercial results and local engagement Creating a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture Delivering an outstanding customer experience, every time About You 3+ years retail management experience (multi-department or specialty retail welcome) Strong leadership skills with a practical, hands-on approach Confident managing KPIs, budgets and team performance Automotive interest or alignment is a preference, not a requirement Reliable, organised and commercially minded Comfortable working a Sunday-Thursday roster Why This Role?
