Job Description Job Description Position Overview: The purpose of this role is to manage all jobs from start to finish. Oversee employees and aid in getting the jobs done correctly and out the door in a timely manner. Responsibilities: ● Manage all jobs from start to finish, checking jobs tickets ensuring all information is correct. ● Manage designers and explain jobs if needed and help with all questions and problems. Get all answers needed from either sales people or customers to enable the job to go smoothly into production. ● Make sure all materials for jobs are in house and work with owners to order any materials needed. ● Work with the Plant Manager and keep him informed of jobs coming in and when they are due. ● Watch jobs while in production to check quality and color as they are produced to try and stop problems before they happen. ● Once jobs are complete, check that they are correct and all items are there per the job ticket.
