Pay Range: $51hr - $56hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience programming 5-axis 3D laser welding systems
  • Strong understanding of laser welding processes and optimization techniques
  • Ability to work with advanced laser control and vision systems
    • Responsibilities:
  • Develop, simulate, and optimize 5-axis 3D laser welding programs using Siemens Sinumerik One controls.
  • Utilize TRUMPF Teach Panel with 6D mouse technology to manually define tool paths and nozzle positions on complex 3D surfaces.
  • Configure and program VisionLine Detect camera systems to identify workpiece features and apply real-time position corrections.
  • Optimize welding parameters using BrightLine Weld Comfort technology to achieve high feed rates while minimizing spatter.
