Last Mile Executive

Role Overview:

The Last Mile Executive is responsible for supporting and executing last mile delivery operations in Bangalore. This role focuses on ensuring seamless deliveries, timely pickups and drop-offs, coordination with delivery partners, and superior customer experience. The position plays a critical role in monitoring real-time deliveries, resolving exceptions, supporting route planning, and assisting in continuous improvement of last mile performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily last mile dispatches with 3PL partners and internal fleet teams.
• Monitor real-time delivery tracking and proactively resolve delivery exceptions and escalations.
• Support route planning and suggest improvements based on operational realities.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries aligned with SLAs.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for smooth order handovers.
• Maintain daily MIS and assist in preparing delivery performance dashboards.
• Assist in field audits, hub visits, and vendor reviews when needed.
• Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in last mile logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations.
• Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, route optimization tools, and MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage on-ground teams and delivery partners.
• Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel locally for audits or field supervision (up to 20%).
