Overview
The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world class last mile operation. Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Analyst to support AMZL EDSP expansion by implementing scalable solutions to guarantee process quality and drive standards adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard EDSP Partners so that they learn how to operate with Amazon systems and tools;
- Create training material for the EDSP team;
- Lead training sessions and actively support AMZL EDSP new node launches;
- Support network-level excellence in Six Sigma and Lean practices by designing and implementing processes, metrics, and ensuring proper system usage;
- Leverage Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to support process improvements, share best practices, and standardize the work routine.
