Last Mile Manager

Role Overview:

The Last Mile Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing last mile delivery operations across Delhi NCR and the East region. This role focuses on ensuring seamless B2B and B2C deliveries, high SLA adherence, efficient partner management, cost control, and superior customer experience. The position plays a critical role in scaling regional operations, managing multiple hubs and 3PL partners, resolving escalations, and driving continuous improvement in last mile performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end last mile delivery operations across Delhi NCR and East region.
• Ensure adherence to delivery SLAs, TATs, and customer experience benchmarks across all hubs.
• Manage and monitor daily operations of multiple delivery hubs and 3PL partners.
• Track real-time delivery performance and proactively resolve escalations and exceptions.
