We are seeking a Dynamics Customer Insights Solution Architect to join our team in LATAM. This remote role provides the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team on exciting projects while ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.

As a Dynamics Customer Insights Solution Architect , you will lead the technical design, implementation, and optimization of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. You will participate in all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, including gathering requirements, defining use cases, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization. As a member working in a team environment, you will take direction from project leadership while guiding stakeholders and driving digital transformation for our clients.
