**Job Description**:
- Talk with the countries involved in LATAM in order to understand their needs, align them transversally by creating a LATAM calendar.
- Avoid inconsistencies in terms of CMS changes while fully coordinating needs with their web mastering agency.
- Regroup on a regular cadence with the Hub leads.
- Align to different countries’ needs.
- Raise tickets on Jira and do regular follow-ups until the issue has been fixed.
- Ensure that the content updates across different sites in the Hub are consistent.
- Regroup with Global or Local Teams to discuss initiatives.
- The person would be fully accountable for the different decisions being taken by different markets/countries and should be coordinating the different technical enhancements.
- Strategize and prepare the roadmap, supervise and monitor the daily progress.
