We currently have a career opportunity for a Lead QA Automation Engineer to join our team located in LATAM. As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of applications developed for our clients. You will work closely with solution architects and leads on development activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the quality-first initiative, setting strategy for automation, testing, and QA best practices.
- Define test strategies across the stack: unit, integration, API, UI, performance, load, and security testing.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to align testing priorities with release goals and compliance standards.
- Mentor QA and development teams, fostering a shift-left culture where testing is integral to the SDLC.
