Program management Plan and implement daily activities:

•  Develop and oversee age-appropriate recreational, creative arts, and academic activities.


• Homework buddy up programs and lesson planning of each day and for up to 36 children per staff member.

Schedule staff:

•  Manage staff schedules and assignments to ensure proper child-to-staff ratios are maintained at all times.

Operational oversight:

•  Coordinate the daily logistics of the program, such as managing the use of facilities and equipment.

Budgeting:
