Primary Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating Firmwide lateral partner recruiting efforts, including assisting with interview scheduling, onboarding, and orientation.Arrange and schedule lateral candidate interviews and meetings across offices, including maintaining calendars and appointment schedules, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting materials.Keep updated candidate notes in the applicant tracking system.Attend and participate in weekly lateral partner recruiting update calls.Assist with general administrative duties as needed.Other projects as assigned by Chief Recruiting Officer and the Lateral Partner Recruiting team.
