Lathe Machine Operator

Candidates will be responsible for the daily operation of CNC lathe machines, producing precision metal parts in quantities ranging from 50 to 50,000 pieces. - Operate CNC Swiss-type lathes . - Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. - Monitor machining operations to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances. - Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools. - Adjust tooling and offsets as necessary to maintain part quality. - Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve processes and efficiency. - Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
