Description
The Latin America Sales Director is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales organization to drive orders growth, expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and find new customers through growth programs and project pursuit. This role is the commercial leader, covering sales force management, channel strategy, demand creation, and account development while ensuring disciplined execution of our growth strategy. The Sales Director plays a critical leadership role in change management, annual planning, and aligns sales execution with broader business objectives. This role has a strong emphasis on the North of Latin America region (primarily Mexico) with managing responsibility for the South of Latin America geography (primarily Brazil).   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
