Job Description
Responsible for the planning, management and assignment of activities to successfully launch projects under Bosch Project Management System rules, New products, New processes, New Locations, Relocations, etc.
1. Development of manufacturing concept.
- Concept must be compliant to Safety, Quality and cost requirements of the product in the location.
- Definition of technical capacity planning thru entire product life cycle.
- Responsible for line release coordination and operational requirements (i.e. Tooling, spare parts, consumables).
- Develop PGL required standards and execute according to timeline.
2. Lead the plant cross-functional team (manufacturing, quality,logistics, purchasing) to meet the milestones defined in the project team.
- Safeguard adherence to security standards.
- Responsible for overall safety, quality, cost & delivery (SQCD) metrics of the platform launch in the plant including source, make and delivery.
