Launch Manager (Durango I)

**Your Role**
- Overall Project master timing and project plan
- Coordinate and Lead project teams to ensure the execution of project plan and to achieve flawless launch
- Customer interface -Direct, Tiers (PM, Engineering, VAP, SQA, Launch Managers, Program Teams)
- Design and Technical Information (customer design, Delphi prints,..)
- Engineering Change Management supervision/assessment AE/ME (Flow 4)
- Customer Requirements (preproduction build requirements and schedule)
- Commercial Issues Follow up with team until closure
- Supplier Readiness Issues followup until closure (tooling capacity, leadtime, validation, pricing, quality, localization; include internal suppliers -Cable, DCS, DEC, HT, DDC,)
- Business transfer coordination during program execution activities in Flow 4 (timing, customer approvals, readiness, cost compliance)
- Program Financials ( AR funding, BC updates, performance strategies/compliance, )
