Job Description
**Position Title: Launch Manager**
**Reports to: Plant Manager**
As a **Launch Manager**, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the launch of new products and programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that launch milestones are met on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

- Develop comprehensive launch plans, timelines, and budgets for new vehicle programs.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure alignment of launch activities.
