Queen's Landing Hotels is seeking a Laundry Manager! The Laundry Manager manages the laundry department by ensuring all laundry is cleaned and maintained in a manner consistent with a superior quality hotel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity
  • Ensures all laundry items are clean and maintained in good operating order in cooperation with the Corporate Laundry Manager and General Manager
  • Manages Laundry Team Members to ensure duties are performed consistent with standard operating procedures
  • Accurately forecast laundry needs for Lais Hotel Properties based on business levels
