Our UHNW client who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Female Laundry Manager (due to cultural reasons).


The Laundry Manager is responsible for overseeing the full day-to-day operations of the laundry facility and its team, ensuring a safe, organised, and efficient working environment. This role combines leadership with hands-on involvement, maintaining the highest standards of care for guest garments, linens, and staff uniforms whilst ensuring proper training, cost control, and departmental planning.


General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of approximately 20 staff working on rotating shifts
  • Personally manage guests' personal laundry while supervising the team in handling guest linens and staff uniforms
  • Sort and classify laundry by colour, fabric type, level of soiling, and cleaning technique required
