Laundry Supervisor

Job Description

• Team Supervision : Lead and coordinate the activities of laundry attendants to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service.
• Laundry Operations : Oversee the entire laundry process, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Equipment Maintenance : Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all laundry equipment, reporting any maintenance issues to the engineering team for timely repair.
• Quality Control : Conduct regular checks to ensure linens, uniforms, and guest laundry meet company quality standards before distribution.
• Inventory & Stock Control : Monitor and manage stock levels of detergents, chemicals, and laundry supplies, ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Guest & Internal Services : Coordinate guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services, ensuring timely delivery and handling of special requests.
