MAIN DUTIES:

 

Administration

  • Go through log book for follow up
  • Periodical check up linen chart and pantry to ensure all housework are completed within the same day.
  • Ensure all linen/rewash linen have been returned promptly.
  • Check if any preventive maintenance.
  • Keep records of daily housework, production record.
  • Rotate employees to different job whenever it is considered necessary.
  • Ensure that there is ample stock of chemicals and all other items required for the department.
  • Keep records on attendance of all laundry staff to prepare duty rosters.

 

Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
