MAIN DUTIES:
Administration
- Go through log book for follow up
- Periodical check up linen chart and pantry to ensure all housework are completed within the same day.
- Ensure all linen/rewash linen have been returned promptly.
- Check if any preventive maintenance.
- Keep records of daily housework, production record.
- Rotate employees to different job whenever it is considered necessary.
- Ensure that there is ample stock of chemicals and all other items required for the department.
- Keep records on attendance of all laundry staff to prepare duty rosters.
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
