Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

• Oversee daily laundry operations to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Supervise, train, and support laundry attendants.
• Prepare staff schedules and assign daily duties.

Quality & Productivity

• Ensure all linens meets hotel quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain laundry equipment and facility cleanliness.
• Implement inventory control procedures and maintain accurate records.

Guest Service & Coordination
