Are you attentive to detail, service-oriented, and committed to garment care excellence? We are looking for a **Laundry Valet** who will handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning services with care, accuracy, and professionalism—ensuring timely delivery and high-quality presentation.
**A little taste of your day-to-day:**
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Collecting guest laundry and dry-cleaning items promptly and courteously.
+ Checking garments for stains, damages, and special care instructions; recording details accurately.
+ Tagging, sorting, and preparing laundry for processing according to hotel procedures.
+ Coordinating with the laundry team to ensure correct washing, pressing, and finishing.
+ Delivering clean garments to guest rooms on time, neatly pressed and well presented.
+ Handling guest inquiries and requests related to laundry services...
