Position: Contract Law & Negotiation Attorney - AI Trainer
Type: Part-time or Full-time, Contract
Compensation: $50-$150/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and interpret commercial contracts to ensure legal accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop negotiation strategies to optimize contract terms and manage counterpart expectations.
- Identify and communicate legal, financial, and operational risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide expert insights to improve AI models handling contract law and negotiation scenarios.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate legal knowledge into AI training materials and workflows.
