Law Firm Associate (Conveyancing)

A well-established Singapore law firm with a regional practice is hiring a Conveyancing Associate (2–5 PQE) to join its real estate and conveyancing practice. The firm has a steady pipeline of conveyancing work and is looking for a technically sound associate who is comfortable managing matters end-to-end, with appropriate partner support.

The role

• Handle a range of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Draft and review sale & purchase agreements, mortgages, refinancing, transfers, and related documents
• Conduct title searches and ensure compliance with Singapore conveyancing and land regulations
• Liaise directly with clients, banks, developers, counterparties, and relevant authorities
• Manage timelines, filings, and completion processes with attention to detail
• Support partners on more complex conveyancing transactions where required
