Lawn Care Operations Manager – Thomas Lawn Care Ottawa

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (February to November, 10 months – December and January off each year)
  • Pay Rate: $4,600–$5,800/month plus performance bonuses
  • Location: Ottawa, ON (valid driver's license and reliable transportation required)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, predictable daytime hours with hybrid remote flexibility (combination of in-office and work-from-home days)
