About the Role

We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join our Aviation Finance team , with a focus on asset financing transactions . This role is ideal for candidates who are technically strong, commercially aware, and keen to build a long-term career in aviation law.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on asset financing and leasing transactions in the aviation sector, including aircraft, engine, and equipment financing.
• Support and independently handle aircraft acquisition, sale, lease, and financing transactions .
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation, including financing agreements, lease agreements, security documents, and related contracts.
• Liaise directly with clients, lessors, lenders, airlines, and international counsel.
• Assist on regulatory and compliance matters relating to aviation financing and leasing.
• Manage transactions efficiently, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 3–7 years PQE with a focus on asset financing .
• Experience in the aviation sector.

Technical Skills:

• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling financing and leasing documentation with minimal supervision.

Communication & Work Style:

• Excellent command of spoken and written English .
• Ability to work independently and manage matters directly with clients.
• Confident, commercially minded, and comfortable in a client-facing role.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
