About the Role
We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join our Aviation Finance team , with a focus on asset financing transactions. This role is ideal for candidates who are technically strong, commercially aware, and keen to build a long-term career in aviation law.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on asset financing and leasing transactions in the aviation sector, including aircraft, engine, and equipment financing.
Support and independently handle aircraft acquisition, sale, lease, and financing transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation, including financing agreements, lease agreements, security documents, and related contracts.
Liaise directly with clients, lessors, lenders, airlines, and international counsel.
Assist on regulatory and compliance matters relating to aviation financing and leasing.
Manage transactions efficiently, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
3–7 years PQE with a focus on asset financing.
Experience in the aviation sector.
Technical Skills:
Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
Experience handling financing and leasing documentation with minimal supervision.
Communication & Work Style:
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Ability to work independently and manage matters directly with clients.
Confident, commercially minded, and comfortable in a client-facing role.
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
