About Position:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and debugging MAC scheduling algorithms for advanced wireless communication systems. You will work across LTE and 5 G platforms, ensuring robust performance under high‑latency and dynamic network conditions. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional engineering teams, active participation in system‑level design discussions, and hands‑on involvement in customer‑facing R&D support activities.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and optimize MAC scheduling algorithms for LTE e NB, small cells, and 5 G g NB systems.
Implement scheduling strategies to meet performance demands in high‑latency and dynamically changing environments.
Work on MUE Scheduler, data path optimization, and contribute to enhancements across 3 GPP protocol layers (MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC)....
