    • Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation:Competitive starting pay, with potential for up to a 30% increase based on experience
  • Generous Sign-On Bonus:Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments (at 90 days and 1-year anniversary).Requires a 2 or 3-year commitment to the organization.

    • Qualifications:

  • Degree: Master's Degree
  • Certifications & Licensure: Must have LCSW, LPC, or LMFT certification.
  • Skillset: Experience in hospital-based social work, discharge planning, patient advocacy, and working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant social work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Sponsorship: Not currently offering visa sponsorship.
