What you will be doing:

  • Integrate various learning approaches across the organization
  • Develop and deliver training seminars, online courses, and other educational materials
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of development strategies and help staff maximize learning opportunities
  • Assist department leaders in developing their team members through career paths
  • Innovate with media or technology to create an engaging learning environment.
  • Utilize a variety of training methods, including e-learning, open communication channels, and mentoring
  • Maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders to understand their training needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience within similar role as Learning and Development Officer/Spv
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
