Key Responsibilities
Develop and update learning materials (presentations, e-learning modules, videos, job aids) with a creative approach.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions (virtual and in-person).
Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS); track learner progress and generate reports.
Collect feedback and analyze training effectiveness; recommend improvements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Research emerging learning trends, tools, and technologies to improve programs.
Create visually appealing and interactive content for digital learning platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Preferred: MBA in HR, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development.
Acceptable: B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
