The role: You will design and deliver training, build career pathways, and implement development initiatives that equip their people to thrive. Working closely with leaders and teams across various functions, you will champion a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and high performance, shaping the skills and capabilities that drive the business forward. The main responsibilities: Develop and implement a people development strategy aligned with business objectives across various functions.
