Learning & Development Officer - Permanent MCS Group is delighted to exclusively partner with an award-winning organisation looking to add an L&D Officer to their team, in this full-time position. The role: This role will design and deliver effective training programmes, support managers in identifying development needs, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory training requirements. You will work closely with site leadership and HR colleagues to embed learning, support organisational change, and lead engagement initiatives aligned with company values and culture.
