Job Responsibilities
- Weekly tracking of onboarding emails (to ensure no emails missing)
- Weekly tracking of new hires
- Answering new hire queries
- Scheduling of HRBP presenters for weekly sessions
- Updating and uploading of New Hire Briefing slides
- Sending Calendar Invites to HRBP
- Enrolling new hires into Orientation E-learning on Workday
- Weekly tracking of attendance records
- Rescheduling of sessions
- Monthly submission of total new hires to Team Lead
- Sending Welcome Package email to new hires
- Tracking of form submissions
- Weekly packing of Welcome Packages
- Assist in creating and publishing classes on Workday
- Weekly tracking and uploading of enrolment lists
- Assist in withdrawals & reschedules
