Job Responsibilities

  • Weekly tracking of onboarding emails (to ensure no emails missing)
  • Weekly tracking of new hires
  • Answering new hire queries
  • Scheduling of HRBP presenters for weekly sessions
  • Updating and uploading of New Hire Briefing slides
  • Sending Calendar Invites to HRBP
  • Enrolling new hires into Orientation E-learning on Workday
  • Weekly tracking of attendance records
  • Rescheduling of sessions
  • Monthly submission of total new hires to Team Lead
  • Sending Welcome Package email to new hires
  • Tracking of form submissions
  • Weekly packing of Welcome Packages
  • Assist in creating and publishing classes on Workday
  • Weekly tracking and uploading of enrolment lists
  • Assist in withdrawals & reschedules
