Job Title: L&D Program Specialist
Reporting To: Head of HR India
Location: Gurgaon
We are looking for an efficient and self-driven L&D Program Specialist with a desire to help coordinate and implement our post day one new hire onboarding program, and related initiatives, across our India teams to assist engaged and productive employees.
Key Accountabilities
Monitor and review the onboarding program content to ensure that it is updated or retired as appropriate.
Co-ordinate the creation of onboarding bootcamp content, working with the content creators & facilitators.
Assist and facilitate face-to-face and webinar training in the India region.
