• Manage the end-to-end process of learning initiatives, from needs analysis to program evaluation.

• Competency-Based Learning:

• Develop and implement competency-based learning programs that address key skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify core competencies and integrate them into training programs.

• Assessment Centers:

• Design and manage assessment centers to evaluate employee skills, competencies, and potential for development.
