Learning & Development Specialist

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support the design and execution of scalable learning programs across commercial and non-commercial teams. This role is a generalist L&D position, covering instructional design, digital learning, and regional training enablement.


Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute onboarding, upskilling, and refresh training programs for sales and commercial roles

- Develop learning materials (slides, scripts, assessments, simulations) aligned with business needs

- Support LMS-based learning delivery, tracking, and reporting

- Assist in AI-assisted content creation and content updates
