We are seeking an experienced ABA Professional to lead our programs in Abu Dhabi.

About the Role

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' needs, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective strategies for support.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that cater to each client's unique requirements, incorporating evidence-based practices for optimal outcomes.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), promoting professional growth and teamwork within the organization.

• Demonstrated expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methods


• Strong assessment and planning skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets
