Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and own the global AD and Azure AD strategy; act as subject matter expert for complex technical and operational challenges.
- Design & Implementation: Lead architectural design, deployment, and management of AD and Azure AD; ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance environments.
- Collaboration with IAM Teams: Work with Identity Lifecycle, PAM, Certificate Services, and other IAM teams to ensure integrated and consistent identity management.
- Integration & Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate directory management, domain provisioning, and OU/site standardization; integrate AD/Azure AD with IAM tools.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee directory operations, monitor performance, ensure disaster recovery readiness, and optimize availability.
