- Manage daily office/facility operations: frontoffice, mailroom, housekeeping, pantry, security, transport, parking, and visitor management.
- Space planning, seating charts, moves/adds/changes (MAC), and workplace standards.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electricals, DG/UPS, fire systems, lifts, and common areas; maintain AMC calendars.
- Energy/water consumption tracking and optimization; sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain the Asset Register & CMDB (serials, tags, location, custodian, warranties, AMC, depreciation).
- Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation; investigate variances.
