Job Description

Responsible for responding and resolving service calls, providing technical support, and troubleshooting various issues for our customers, for Honeywell’s HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems. Additional responsibilities may also include technical delivery of small service jobs, preventative maintenance, customer training and installations. You will also be responsible for ensuring the necessary paperwork is accurate, timely and thoroughly completed with minimal supervision.

Technical and Job-Related Responsibilities:

  • Verify system functional performance to ensure proper operations according to contract requirements including testing, calibrating verify system and peripheral device operations as per preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Complete documentation of all work done, including all readings, offsets, etc.
