The team focuses on developing and implementing software solutions that integrate advanced agentic AI tools into existing systems and workflows. The work centers on enabling seamless functionality between autonomous and agent-based AI solutions and enterprise infrastructure, contributing to cutting-edge projects in the agentic AI domain.

IF YOU ARE

  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experienced in designing and building agentic and LLM-based systems
  • Knowledgeable in using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
  • Adept at backend software development, using any modern programming language ( Python, Java, C/C++,
  • Experienced in system integration, technical migrations, and API-driven architectures
  • Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Accustomed to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
  • Capable of scripting for automation and debugging complex systems
  • Skilled in using AI-assisted development tools such as Devin, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
  • Accustomed to technical leadership: driving architecture, owning delivery, mentoring engineers, coordinating across teams
  • AND YOU WANT TO

  • Own the integration architecture for agentic AI solutions across enterprise infrastructure (legacy + cloud-native)
  • Define and enforce reference designs, integration patterns, coding standards, and best practices for AI-agent connectivity and operations
  • Lead complex system migrations, integration rollouts, and production hardening (security, performance, reliability)
  • Enhance communication protocols between AI agents and both legacy and cloud-native systems
  • Identify and resolve performance or behavioral issues in AI agents
  • Review, test, and debug AI-generated code and configuration artifacts
  • Collaborate with engineers and AI experts to optimize agent performance
  • Provide hands-on support for AI agent integration and maintain technical documentation and best practices
