Lead AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Engineer to lead the design and development of core AI services in the Generative AI and AI Quality sector . In this role, you will not only build features but also architect systems, define technical standards, and make critical design decisions to ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.

As a key technical leader, you will guide the team by example, influence the AI roadmap, and tackle some of the most challenging problems in the AI-first space.

What You’ll Do

Architectural Leadership

• Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of core AI services built for high availability, performance, and security .

• Make strategic decisions on models, evaluation frameworks, and system designs, including retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and custom fine-tuning.
