Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in AI/LLM engineering
  • Candidates should be in Europe

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a player/coach: architect the system and mentor the team while spending significant time hands‑on in the codebase (Python/PyTorch)
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 AI engineers, balancing hands‑on technical work with people management.
  • Own the model lifecycle from data engine to deployment, ensuring safety without sacrificing user freedom.
  • Contribute to a company that is growing very fast, is already profitable, and is a leader in the AI space.
